WHAT ARE THE ADMISSION PRICES?
Adults: €12.00 Children aged up to and including 3 years of age: free Children aged from 4 up to and including 12 years of age: €7.50 Museumkaart (Museum Card): free
WHERE CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS?
Tickets can be obtained from our cashier desks at the museum. And you can also purchase your tickets online ahead of time.
Will the museum’s restaurant be open?
Yes, our restaurant is open during school holidays.
ARE VISITORS ALLOWED TO TAKE FOOD AND DRINKS INTO THE MUSEUM?
To keep the museum and our collections clean and tidy, food and drink are not allowed inside the museum. Obviously, you are allowed to have food and drinks at the restaurant or in the entrance area.
ARE UNATTENDED CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE MUSEUM?
All children up to and including age 12 must be escorted by an adult (18+).
AM I ALLOWED TO TAKE PICTURES IN THE MUSEUM?
Visitors are not permitted to take pictures or shoot videos involving the use of tripods. Lamps and flash light equipment are not permitted inside the museum’s dark rooms.
Can I park for free at the museum?
Yes, our car park is free for museum visitors.
DOES THE MUSEUM HAVE WI-FI?
Sadly, there is no Wi-Fi at the museum.
ARE DOGS ALLOWED AT THE MUSEUM?
No, dogs are not allowed inside in the museum (nor any other pets). An exception is made for assistance and guide dogs.
AM I ALLOWED TO TAKE BAGS INSIDE THE MUSEUM?
Only smaller bags (max. dimensions 25x25x25cm) are allowed to be taken into the museum. Other bags can be left free of charge at the cloakroom, which also has lockers.
